Dr. Tino Ballesteros’ service to God spans a variety of churches with progressive responsibilities in leadership.

He served as Minister of Education at First Presbyterian Church, Fayetteville , North Carolina, Minister of Education and Program and Executive Pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Orlando, Florida.

Tino was invited to join the staff at the Crystal Cathedral (Dr. Robert Schuller), Garden Grove, California where he served at Minister of Education.

He served as a Member-At-Large in the San Joaquin Presbytery and served as Executive Pastor at Yosemite Church.

He is now residing in Celebration, Florida.

Dr. Ballesteros has held several positions of service within the Presbyterian Denomination, including member of the Board of Trustees for Union Theological Seminary / Presbyterian School of Christian Education, the President’s Advisory Council and the Presbyterian Panel in Richmond, Virginia

Tino earned his B.A. with double major in Religion and Philosophy from Birmingham-Southern College, his M.A. in Education from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education and his Doctor of Ministry from Union Theological Seminary.

Tino is a second-generation Presbyterian minister. His father was a candidate for moderator of the PC(USA) General Assembly in 1988 and served on the committee that authored the Brief Statement of Faith.

Tino has two younger brothers living in Georgia and a sister who resides in Alabama.  His parents are now retired, living in Atlanta.

He is married to Rebecca Williamson Ballesteros, a Registered Nurse from Birmingham, Alabama.
